EZ-JOHN Ceramics, established in 2006, specializes in producing ceramic hand basins and kitchen ceramic sinks. Our factory is located in Feng'er, Guxiang, Chao'an District, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, with an 18 year business history. We have over 600 types of hand basins and kitchen ceramic sinks. In 2016, we were awarded the title of "China Quality Integrity Enterprise", which is the result of our continuous 18 years of hard work and innovation.

Leyijie has introduced advanced intelligent computer-controlled high-pressure molding equipment, achieving 24-hour uninterrupted mechanical operation. A set of products (20-30) can be produced every 50 minutes, without any objective constraints such as weather or voltage. This not only improves traditional production efficiency, but also makes product molding more stable and quality more outstanding.

Our technological innovation is reflected in the use of antibacterial glaze. This protective layer not only has an 8-hour antibacterial function, but also effectively eliminates most harmful bacteria on the porcelain surface. Firing process

The kiln belongs shuttle kiln,Around 80 square metres. Advanced kiln equipment and computer Automatic operation control.Fired at high temperatures of 1260 degees for 16h,which belongs to high temperature ceramics and has a high degree of vitrification Low water absorption. The glaze is smoothwith good texture,effective,antibacterial, not easy to smear and easy to clean surface,effectively preventing bacteria from Breeding.
